This website is an investigation of the various perspectives on hydraulic fracturing or “fracking” with the purpose of gathering information to frame each interest’s stake in the conversation. I believe that each perspective will provide a particular insight that needs to be understood in order to see each of the forces that surround this topic.  My assumption is that there must be a true equilibrium established among all of the constituents or a significant crisis will result for any underrepresented group.
